Every year our company gets together in-person to brainstorm and empower each person to have a voice to enable change for the future vision of our company. Our team hadn’t been together post-pandemic, so we decided to hire our first-ever outside facilitator, with the goal to help our team build trust and accountability. We interviewed several facilitators, but Jackie was the clear choice. 

From the preparation, to the day of the event, to wrapping everything up, Jackie was an insightful and organized leader, encouraging our team to think outside of the box through our entire engagement.
