I chose to work with Jackie as my coach during the pandemic. It’s hard to describe my experience, it almost seems surreal. I have grown as a person and a leader more than I thought possible. Jackie listens with intent, pushes gently and asks all the right questions. She guided me a place of deep understanding for myself and how to continue carve out my best life.  I wanted someone to help coach me to be the very best version of myself and Jackie was that coach.   I now know what I need to nurture within to be the best leader to my team.

I wanted to expand the learning and growth to my team and Jackie delivered the I Heart My Team Impact program to our team. This program was the perfect opportunity to re-engage the team post-pandemic.

Jackie took the time to get to know each team member and led the team in the development of a team charter, this exercise gave the team a chance to work together to dive into the “why” we do what we do 

Throughout the program, Jackie gave the team tools and resources to truly understand their individuality, each other’s uniqueness and how they all come together as a part of an engaged team 

Jackie’s program has improved the culture of our team while opening possibilities for innovation and creativity . She is a thoughtful and engaged leader who has the ability to bring out the very best in people, she is a dynamic and creative thinker, she brings her true self and facilitates without judgement to move teams forward.
